The commissioner may make periodic unannounced onsite inspections of the party's facilities as necessary.\n\nB. The commissioner may designate the department to conduct onsite inspections or investigations of the party's facilities.\n\nC. The party shall make available to the commissioner requested records and shall allow access to interview the agents, employees, contractors, and any other person under control, direction, or supervision of the party.\n\nD. The commissioner shall investigate complaints received regarding noncompliance with the cooperative agreement or the authorization letter.\n\nE.
