Failure to comply with such course monitoring may result in the following disciplinary actions to include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. Revocation of the training program's course approval.\n\n2. Suspension or revocation of the training program's authority to award continuing education credits.\n\n3. Revocation of the enrolled student's eligibility for certification testing.\n\n4.
