The PCD must verify that the course coordinator and all instructors are aware that possession or distribution of study guides or other written materials obtained through reconstruction of any state or national registry of EMTs certification examination is not permitted.\n\nB. Where violations of this section or any part of these regulations are suspected of any PCD, the Office of EMS may suspend the instruction of any ongoing courses, withhold issuance of certifications, or suspend certifications issued to the course's students, instructors, or the course coordinator until an investigation is concluded.\n\nInvestigations resulting in a finding of a violation of these regulations by a PCD may result in an enforcement action. The Office of EMS may report the results of any investigation to the State Board of Medicine for further review and action as deemed necessary.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 5.
