The Office of EMS may enter into performance-based contracts that establish standards for the delivery of specific identified services and projects with designated regional EMS councils. These services and projects shall include, but not be limited to, performance standards for:\n\n1. Regional medical direction;\n\n2. Regional EMS plan;\n\n3. Trauma triage plan;\n\n4. EMS performance improvement program;\n\n5. Regional trauma performance improvement program;\n\n6. Technical assistance and review for Rescue Squad Assistance Fund grant applications;\n\n7. Regional infrastructure; and\n\n8. Criteria for matching funds.\n\nB. The contracts will be based upon the specific needs of the regional service delivery area and the requirements of the Office of EMS as described in § 32.1-111.11 of the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 12.
