An EMS agency shall hold the permit to an EMS vehicle or have a written agreement for the access to and use of an EMS vehicle. An EMS agency that does not use an EMS vehicle shall maintain the required equipment and supplies for a nontransport response vehicle.\n\nB. Adequate stocks of supplies and linens shall be maintained as required for the classes of vehicles in service at each place of operations. An EMS agency shall maintain a supply of at least  25 triage tags of a design approved by the Office of EMS on each permitted EMS vehicle.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 5.
