Records and reports shall at all times be stored in a manner to ensure reasonable safety from water and fire damage and from unauthorized disclosure to persons other than those authorized by law.\n\n2. EMS agency records shall be prepared and securely maintained at the principal place of operations or a secured storage facility for a period of not less than five years.","path":["Title 12.
