The nursing facility shall provide, or arrange for under written agreement, specialized rehabilitative services, such as physical therapy, speech-language pathology services and occupational therapy.\n\nB. Specialized rehabilitative services shall be provided in accordance with accepted standards of practice by qualified therapists, or by trained assistants under the supervision of a licensed or certified therapist.\n\nC. Rehabilitative services shall be authorized by the attending physician and a written plan of care developed in consultation with the appropriate therapist.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 5.
