As part of any inspection,  an OLC representative may conduct home visits.\n\nB. The home care organization shall be responsible for arranging in-home visits with clients, family members, and caregivers for the  OLC representative.\n\nC. The organization shall explain clearly to the client, family or caretaker that the permission for the representative's home visit is voluntary and that consent to the home visit will not affect the client's care or other health benefits.","path":["Title 12.
