Each outpatient surgical hospital shall develop a written evacuation plan to assure reasonable precautions are taken to protect patients, employees, and visitors from hazards of fire and other disaster. The evacuation plan shall provide:\n\nB. A program to acquaint all personnel with evacuation procedures shall be maintained.\n\nC.
