Each hospital shall develop and maintain a written disaster plan that includes provisions for complete evacuation of the facility and care of mass casualties.\n\nB. The plan shall provide for widespread disasters as well as for disaster occurring within the local community and hospital facility.\n\nC. The disaster plan shall be rehearsed at least twice a year preferably as part of a coordinated drill in which other community emergency service agencies participate. Written reports and evaluation of all drills shall be maintained for at least two years.\n\nD.
