Each hospital shall maintain radiology services which are under the medical supervision of a physician who meets the qualifications of the medical staff bylaws.\n\nB. Hospitals maintaining radiotherapy services shall provide for their safe and effective operation under a director qualified by training and experience in therapeutic radiology.\n\nC. Sufficient technical personnel shall be available, consistent with the scope of services provided.\n\nD. Space and equipment shall be provided for radiographic and fluoroscopic X-ray services including facilities for processing and storage of radiographic films and records.\n\nE. Reports of radiological interpretations, consultations and therapy shall be part of the patient's medical record.\n\nF.
