In accordance with § 32.1-130 of the Code of Virginia, the following service charge shall be made:\n\n0 to 50 beds -- $75\n\n51 to 333 beds -- $1.50 per bed\n\n334 or more -- $500\n\nB. The hospital shall not be required to pay a service charge on hospital beds in a category that requires separate license by the OLC or another state agency (i.e., psychiatric, nursing home).","path":["Title 12.
