Except as specified in subsection B of this section, cleaned and sanitized equipment, utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles  shall not be stored:\n\n1. In locker rooms;\n\n2. In toilet rooms or vestibules;\n\n3. In garbage rooms;\n\n4. In mechanical rooms;\n\n5. Under sewer lines that are not shielded to intercept potential drips;\n\n6. Under leaking water lines including leaking automatic fire sprinkler heads or under lines on which water has condensed;\n\n7. Under open stairwells; or\n\n8. Under other sources of contamination.\n\nB. Laundered linens and single-service and single-use articles that are packaged or in a facility such as a cabinet may be stored in a locker room.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 5.
