Informal hearings. An informal hearing is a meeting with an employee or director of the district or local health department held in conformance with § 2.2-4019 of the Code of Virginia.\n\n2. Adjudicatory hearing. An adjudicatory hearing is a formal, public adjudicatory proceeding before the commissioner or a designated hearing officer held in conformance with § 2.2-4020 of the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 12.
