Adequate provision shall be made for backwashing filters.  When not prescribed by the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code (13VAC5-63) in effect at the time of the pool's construction, recirculation systems shall be designed for an eight hour or less turnover of the swimming pool water.","path":["Title 12.
