Appropriate license, certificate of registration, or equivalent document(s);\n\n2. Operating and emergency procedures;\n\n3.  Copy of Part IV (12VAC5-481-600 et seq.), Part X (12VAC5-481-2250 et seq.) and this part;\n\n4. Records of the latest survey instrument calibrations pursuant to 12VAC5-481-3200;\n\n5. Records of the latest leak test results pursuant to 12VAC5-481-3210;\n\n6. Records of  physical inventories required pursuant to 12VAC5-481-3220;\n\n7. Utilization records required pursuant to 12VAC5-481-3230;\n\n8. Records of inspection and maintenance required pursuant to 12VAC5-481-3260;\n\n9.
