{"data":{"id":"us-va/12vac5-481-560","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"12VAC5-481-560","heading":"Persons possessing NARM on effective date of these regulations","body":"Any person who, on September 20, 2006, possesses NARM for which a specific license is required by the Act or this part shall be deemed to possess such a license issued under the Act and this part. Such license shall expire 90 days after September 20, 2006; provided, however, that if within the 90 days the person possessing such material files an application in proper form for a license, such existing license shall not expire until the application has been finally determined by the agency.","path":["Title 12.
