Licensees shall maintain records of the radiation protection program, including:\n\n1. The provisions of the program; and\n\n2. Audits and other reviews of program content and implementation.\n\nB. Licensees shall retain the records required by subdivision A 1 of this section until the agency terminates each pertinent license requiring the record.
