Required certificates, reports, and forms shall be prescribed, where feasible, to include data collected nationally for the benefit of all citizens. The protection of individual data from casual perusal is essential to the validity of the program as well as a desirable shield of sensitive personal information while providing health statistics for the protection of society as a whole.","path":["Title 12.
