He shall prepare and issue such detailed instructions concerning use of all forms, approved electronic media and supplies as may be required to secure the uniform observance of the statutes and the maintenance of an adequate system for the collection, registration, and preservation of data of vital records and health statistics throughout the Commonwealth.","path":["Title 12.
