The fee schedule for nontransient noncommunity waterworks is based on the waterworks  being classified as a nontransient noncommunity waterworks. No  owner shall pay more than $160,000 per year per waterworks, nor is it the intent that an owner be charged this fee on water transferred to another waterworks.","path":["Title 12.
