{"data":{"id":"us-va/12vac5-610-75","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"12VAC5-610-75","heading":"Permits valid on the effective date of this chapter","body":"Sewage disposal system construction permits which are valid on July 1, 2000, shall be automatically renewed on a one-time basis.  Each permit thus renewed shall have an expiration date 18 months from the expiration date shown on the face of the permit.  Such permits may be converted to certification letters only if they substantially comply with the current provisions of this chapter.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 5.
