This chapter is independent of and in addition to the requirements of the USBC in accordance with § 36-98 of the Code of Virginia.\n\nB. All persons required to obtain a rainwater harvesting system installation permit for a system for Tier 4 end use shall furnish a copy of the installation permit to the local building official when making application for a building permit.\n\nC. The applicant for a rainwater harvesting system for Tier 4 end use shall furnish the local building official with a copy of the operating permit demonstrating the potable water supply has been inspected, sampled, and approved by the local health department.","path":["Title 12.
