The emergency order shall state the reasons and precise factual basis upon which the emergency order is issued. The emergency order shall state the time period for which it is effective. Emergency orders will be publicized in a manner deemed appropriate by the commissioner. The provisions of 12VAC5-640-150  shall not apply to emergency orders issued pursuant to this section.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 5. Department of Health","Chapter 640.
