The commissioner or his designee may seek, receive, and expend federal, state general, or other nongeneral funds for the department necessary to administer the newborn screening  program.\n\nB. Federal Title V funds received for the Children with Special Health Care Needs Program, authorized by § 32.1-77 of the Code of Virginia, may be used to support the department's newborn screening  program, in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.","path":["Title 12.
