The Virginia Hearing Impairment Identification and Monitoring System is a component of this statewide system to identify infants and children who may be eligible for Part C early intervention services. The Virginia EHDI program shall develop policies and operating procedures that are consistent with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act  (20 USC §§ 1431-1444); 34 CFR Part 303; § 2.2-5303 of the Code of Virginia; and the most recent state interagency agreement.","path":["Title 12.
