Every person in Virginia less than 18 years of age shall be immunized in accordance with the most recent Immunization Schedule developed and published by the  CDC, Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Requirements for school and day care attendance are addressed in 12VAC5-110.\n\nB. The required immunizations may be obtained from a physician, registered nurse, or other licensed professional as authorized by the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 12. Health","Agency 5.
