{"data":{"id":"us-va/13vac10-180-20","jurisdiction":"us-va","citation":"13VAC10-180-20","heading":"Purpose and applicability","body":"The following rules and regulations will govern the allocation by the authority of credits pursuant to § 42 of the IRC.\n\nNotwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter, the executive director is authorized to waive or modify any provision of this chapter where deemed appropriate by the executive director for good cause to promote the goals and interests of the Commonwealth in the federal low-income housing tax credit program, to the extent not inconsistent with the IRC.\n\nThe rules and regulations set forth in this chapter are intended to provide a general description of the authority's processing requirements and are not intended to include all actions involved or required in the processing and administration of the credits. This chapter is subject to change at any time by the authority and may be supplemented by policies, rules, and regulations adopted by the authority from time to time.\n\nAny determination made by the authority pursuant to this chapter as to the financial feasibility of any development or its viability as a qualified low-income development shall not be construed to be a representation or warranty by the authority as to such feasibility or viability.\n\nNotwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter, all procedures and requirements in the IRC must be complied with and satisfied.","path":["Title 13.
