The following change shall be made to Section 2001, General:\n\nChange Section 2001.3 to read:\n\n2001.3 Permits. For permits to operate aircraft-refueling vehicles, application of flammable or combustible finishes, and hot work, see Section 107.2.\n\nB. The following changes shall be made to Section 2007, Helistops and Heliports:\n\n1. Change Section 2007.1 to read:\n\n2007.1 General. Helistops and heliports shall be maintained in accordance with Sections 2007.2 through 2007.8.\n\n2. Change Section 2007.4 to read:\n\n2007.4 Exits. Exits and stairways shall be maintained in accordance with Chapter 10 and the applicable building code.\n\n3. Change Section 2007.5 to read:\n\n2007.5 Standpipe systems. A building with a rooftop helistop or heliport provided with a Class I or Class III standpipe system shall be maintained in accordance with Chapter 9 and the applicable code.\n\n4. Change Section 2007.6 to read:\n\n2007.6 Foam protection. Where provided or required by the applicable building code, foam fire-protection capabilities shall be maintained for rooftop heliports. Such systems shall be maintained in accordance with the applicable provisions of Chapter 9 and the applicable building code.","path":["Title 13. Housing","Agency 5.
