The report shall include all of the following:\n\n1. A list of the uncorrected violations.\n\n2. All information contained on the label pertinent to the identification of the building, the manufacturer, and the compliance assurance agency.\n\n3. The number of the Virginia registration seal.\n\n4. The new destination of the building, if known.\n\n5. The party responsible for moving the building.","path":["Title 13. Housing","Agency 5.
