The license shall be marked \"Employment terminated on Date\" with the date given that the salesperson stopped working for the dealer, broker or manufacturer. The dealer, broker or manufacturer also shall notify the department of the salesperson's termination of employment no later than the tenth day of the month following the month of termination.","path":["Title 13.
