The Virginia Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Program (Program) will pay for therapy that is determined to be medically necessary and reasonable and for which there is a letter of medical necessity provided by the admitted claimant's primary care physician or appropriate treating specialist physician.\n\nB. The Program may consult periodically with appropriate medical professionals regarding the necessity for continuing various therapies including behavioral, physical, horseback, and speech therapy.","path":["Title 14.
