All individual and group accident and sickness insurance  policies, subscriber contracts of  health maintenance organizations or health services plans, dental plans, and optometric plans delivered or issued for delivery in this Commonwealth.\n\n2. All health insurance coverage issued in the individual and small group markets.\n\n3. Individual and group Medicare supplement insurance  policies and group  subscriber contracts of  health maintenance organizations or health services plans providing Medicare supplement coverage delivered or issued for delivery in this Commonwealth.\n\n4. Individual and group long-term care policies issued before October 1, 2003.\n\nB. Except as otherwise provided, nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to relieve  an insurer of complying with the statutory requirements set forth in Title 38.2 of the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 14.
