Membership in a pool may be terminated for nonpayment of premium or misrepresentation by the member after 15 days written notice has been given to the member, the commission, and the Department of Environmental Quality.  A member may be terminated without cause after 60 days written notice has been given to the member, the commission, and the Department of Environmental Quality.\n\nB. The pool shall remain liable for all claims applicable to the period during which an operator was a member of the pool, including the period required for termination of membership.","path":["Title 14.
