Each licensee shall furnish to the Commission on forms prescribed by the Commission an annual report of all business conducted in the Commonwealth of Virginia on or before March 1 of each year.\n\nB. At the written request of the licensee, the Commission may extend a licensee's deadline for filing an annual report.
