This chapter shall apply to all accelerated benefits provisions of individual and group life insurance policies and riders to such policies, except those subject to Rules Governing Long-Term Care Insurance (14VAC5-200), issued or delivered in this Commonwealth, on or after July 1, 2002.","path":["Title 14.
