Any policy or rider complying with this chapter and other regulatory requirements may be sold, solicited or negotiated in this Commonwealth, or in the case of group life insurance policies or riders, re-issued or renewed in this Commonwealth with accelerated benefit provisions as set forth in this chapter.\n\nB.
