Participation in VPP requires each site or participant to annually evaluate the effectiveness of its safety and health management system, including the effectiveness of all VPP elements and sub-elements.\n\n2. The commissioner shall establish written procedures establishing the content and reporting requirements of participant annual submissions.\n\n3. Annual submissions are due on or before February 15 each year.\n\nB. Applicable contractors.
