This regulation is established in accordance with § 40.1-51.20 of the Code of Virginia.\n\nB. This regulation shall apply to all contractors in the performance of lead-related activities which require such contractors to be licensed  by the  Virginia Board for Asbestos, Lead, and Home Inspectors.\n\nC. This regulation shall not affect the reporting requirements under § 40.1-51.20 C of the Code of Virginia or any other notices or inspection requirements under any other provision of the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 16.
