Any misrepresentation in obtaining or renewing the certification; or\n\n2. Negligence or incompetence in the practice of the profession.\n\nA Certificate of Competency shall lapse if an individual has not been employed in the trade during the last five years. In the event of revocation or lapse of certification, examination is necessary to obtain future certification.","path":["Title 16. Labor And Employment","Agency 25.
