Prior to permitting an employee to engage in any arboricultural activity covered by this regulation, the employer shall ensure that each employee receives orientation and training on the requirements of this regulation.\n\nB. Refresher training on applicable provisions of this regulation shall be provided by the employer for any employee who has:\n\n1. Been observed to violate the requirements of this regulation;\n\n2. Been involved in an accident or near miss accident; or\n\n3. Received an evaluation that reveals the employee is not working in a safe manner in accordance with the requirements of this regulation.","path":["Title 16. Labor And Employment","Agency 25.
