Any apprenticeship provision in any collective bargaining agreement between employers and employees establishing higher apprenticeship standards.\n\n2. Any special provision for veterans, minority persons, or women in the standards, the apprentice qualifications, the operation of the program, or the apprenticeship agreement, which is not otherwise prohibited by any federal or state statute, regulation, or executive order.","path":["Title 16.
