The decision of the director made following the informal conference required by subsection D of 17VAC5-20-60 shall be a final case decision subject to judicial review in accordance with the Administrative Process Act, § 9-6.14:1 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.\n\nB. Any interested party may appeal the director's decision to issue a permit or to act directly to excavate human remains to the local circuit court in accordance with § 10.1-2305 E of the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 17.
