Prescriptions dispensed to a person who informs the pharmacy that the person is blind, visually impaired, or otherwise print disabled shall meet the requirements of § 54.1-3410.3 of the Code of Virginia to ensure that all necessary information is included for patient safety.\n\nB. If the accommodation provided by the pharmacy includes the use of an accessible label, a pharmacist, pharmacy intern, pharmacy technician, or pharmacy technician trainee shall affix the label prior to dispensing to the patient as required by 18VAC110-20-270.","path":["Title 18.
