The board has established the following fees applicable to licensure as a professional counselor or a resident in counseling:\n\nInitial licensure by examination: Application processing and initial licensure as a professional counselor\n\n$175\n\nInitial licensure by endorsement: Application processing and initial licensure as a professional counselor\n\n$175\n\nApplication and initial licensure as a resident in counseling\n\n$65\n\nPre-review of education only\n\n$75\n\nDuplicate license\n\n$10\n\nVerification of licensure to another jurisdiction\n\n$30\n\nActive annual license renewal for a professional counselor\n\n$130\n\nInactive annual license renewal for a professional counselor\n\n$65\n\nAnnual renewal for a resident in counseling\n\n$30\n\nInactive annual renewal for a resident in counseling\n\n$15\n\nLate renewal for a professional counselor\n\n$45\n\nLate renewal for a resident in counseling\n\n$10\n\nReinstatement of a lapsed license for a professional counselor\n\n$200\n\nReinstatement following revocation or suspension\n\n$600\n\nReplacement of or additional wall certificate\n\n$25\n\nReturned check or dishonored credit or debit card\n\n$50\n\nB.
