Each applicant shall submit the following fee along with the application for licensure:\n\nBoxer\n\n$40\n\nBoxer--limited\n\n$30\n\nMartial artist\n\n$40\n\nMartial artist--limited\n\n$30\n\nWrestler\n\n$40\n\nWrestler--limited\n\n$30\n\nManager\n\n$50\n\nPromoter\n\n$500\n\nTrainer, second, and  cut man\n\n$40\n\nMatchmaker\n\n$50\n\nB. Each application for a boxing event license shall be accompanied by the following fee:\n\n1. Scheduled events of 42 rounds or fewer, with no more than one nontitle  10-round or 12-round bout—$1,500.\n\n2. Scheduled events exceeding 42 rounds, with more than one nontitle  10-round or 12-round bout or any event with a title bout—$2,000.\n\nC.
