Any person whose certificate has been revoked or suspended by the board under the provisions of 18VAC125-30-110 shall, in order to be eligible for reinstatement, (i) submit an application to the board for a license, (ii) pay the appropriate reinstatement fee, and (iii) submit any other evidence of competency as prescribed by the board. After a hearing, the board may at its discretion grant the reinstatement.\n\nB.
