A regulant must report, in writing, all changes of address to the board within 30 days of the change.\n\nB. Any change in any of the qualifications for licensure found in 18VAC130-30-30 must be reported to the board within 30 days of the change.\n\nC. Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection B of this section, a regulant must report the cancellation, amendment, expiration, or any other change of any bond or letter of credit submitted in accordance with 18VAC130-30-30 H within five days of the change.\n\nD. A regulant must report to the board the discharge or termination of the responsible person and provide to the board the new responsible person designated by the regulant within five business days of the discharge or termination.","path":["Title 18.
