All licensees in active status are required to maintain original documentation for a period of  three years following renewal.\n\nB.  The board  may conduct  an audit of licensees to verify compliance with the requirement for  a renewal period.\n\nC. Upon request, a licensee shall provide documentation as follows:\n\n1. Documentation of Category I activities by submission of:\n\na. Official transcripts showing credit hours earned; or\n\nb. Certificates of participation.\n\n2. Attestation of completion of Category II activities.\n\nD. Continuing education hours required by disciplinary order shall not be used to satisfy renewal requirements.","path":["Title 18.
