A licensee who reinstates a license will be regarded as having been continuously licensed without interruption; will remain under the disciplinary authority of the board during this entire period; and will be held accountable for the licensee's activities during this period.\n\nB. Any regulated activity conducted subsequent to the license expiration date may constitute unlicensed activity and be subject to prosecution under Chapter 1 (§ 54.1-100 et seq.) of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia.","path":["Title 18.
